Clinical Research Trials

Hydrus IV Study

Chu Vision Institute is presently enrolling in a clinical study of an investigational device for open angle glaucoma called the Hydrus IV Study.  The study procedure involves the implantation of a microstent into the eye during cataract surgery to lower IOP and is less invasive than traditional glaucoma surgery.  We are pleased to be able to offer this opportunity to your patients.  If you identify patients with open angle glaucoma and a cataract who may be interested in participating in the study, please contact Nic Jacobs, our Research Coordinator.
