Corneal Collagen Crosslinking

Corneal collagen cross-linking is a medical procedure that combines the use of Ultra Violet (UV) light and riboflavin (vitamin B2) eye drops. This creates new corneal collagen cross-links that result in a shortening and thickening of the collagen fibrils which leads to the stiffening of the cornea.

Chu Vision is proud to have participated in the FDA clinical trials for cross-linking and we are excited to be offering this ground breaking procedure to our patients.
